Fulltime BE / BTech/ MCA 2. minimum of 60% aggregate in your degree. 3. minimum of 50% aggregate in 10th and 12th 4. The only risk in the IT field is that you need to update yourself if a new software or programming language is been developed with more advantage. UNIX which is a programming language widely used before has lost its image now .the most widely used programming language is java so at this stage java will help you to get into IT. Dear pal, engineers are in demand in all the field .bachelor degree in engineering is the basic degree IT is the software based company for joining which the aspirant needs a bachelor degree in any discipline. There are many programming language course which a engineer can study separately and this knowledge will be help full for you to to survive in the field. The only risk in the IT field is that you need to update yourself if a new software or programming language is been developed with more advantage. Civil engineers can get placed in IT companies provided that they have a good knowledge of C and C++ programming language..... If you do a course in computer programming like PHP , .NET , EMBEDED etc. it will be advantageous for you.... |
