As per the notification the various eligible branches of engineering are;

1. Electronics Engineering domain

1.3 Electronics and Telecommunication
1.4 Communication

3. Computer Science domain
3.1 Computer Science
3.2 Computer Science and Engineering

4. Civil Engineering domain
4.1 BE/B.Tech (Civil)

5. Chemical Engineering domain
5.1 BE/B.Tech (Chemical)

The IT stream was not mentioned in the notification.
But as the information technology(IT) is very much similar to Telecommunication
engineering So you should try to apply for the exam in Telecommunication stream under
Electronics domain.
