Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Foundation Programme -Elements of Business laws and Management Exam- Download Previous Years Question Papers The Elements of Business laws and Management subject under Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) Foundation Programme is a 3 hour exam of 100 marks.The main objective of the subject is to give an exposure to some of the important commercial laws which are essential for understanding of the legal implications of a modern business organisation and the basic principles of management. The paper is divided into two sections of 4 questions each of which the first question in each of the sections are compulsory and any two of the remaining three have to be answered from each section.
