As you have told that you are doing BA & after that want to do MBA/MCA .In my opinion if you want to join IT company then MCA is necessary & after doing MCA you can become computer teacher also.You can also can apply in govt teacher jobs after doing MCA.if you want to become computer teacher then MCA is necessary however B.ED is not necessary but to increase your qualification you can do B.ed also.It is all up to you in which field your interest is there & take your decision accordingly. |

Re: Is it fine to do MBA after doing B.Ed and B.A in English? plz tell me...i m commerce post graduate in 2008 and after i did b.ed in 2010. but now i want to do mba. i graduate in 2004, i think my mba will complete in 2016. will companies treat me as a normal mba student? can i face placement problem due to my year gaps? |

Re: Is it fine to do MBA after doing B.Ed and B.A in English? ya i did ma english first calss and mba marketing first class, i work in a call cente the job i hate, as i dont get any jobs, either in teaching or in marketing. first class education and expensive mba seems useless for emplouyment in india. |

Re: Is it fine to do MBA after doing B.Ed and B.A in English? i have completed my b.a from DU with specialisation in industrial relation and personnel management.after that i get admission in m.a sociology but after completing my 1 year i dnt want to continue becoz the subject is too vast and i am from commerce background.now i get admission in b.ed in GGSIPU .the b.ed will be completing next year around july 2013. i have interest in hr jobs .becoz of their high salary and reputation if u are in a good company.so plzz tell me after completing my b.ed which course i have to do to get good job as human resourse manager or public relation officer. |

Now I would like to study MBA in Kerala (priority) or any where in India. Is their any possibility? I am in my 30's, in this case what I have to do, please help me as early as possible. |

I knw it is strange doing bed after mba but i always wanted to serve society and after being in bed i can do sumthng for dis cause. Apoorva |

Your career plan doesn't look mush impressive and effective to me. Since you are doing BA and planning to follow it by B.Ed, its acceptable but after that your willingness to pursue MCA surprises me. Firstly, You won't be eligible to pursue Masters in Computer Application after a bachelors degree in arts. Secondly, if you always wanted to join IT company, what made you take up arts stream in your bachelors degree program. If it was MCA you wanted to do, you must have pursued BCA or graduated in science stream. Lastly, B.Ed is not going to add value to your degree to get job in IT company and is pursued to get a teaching job in a school recognized by central or state government. Now, it seems to me that you are neither clear about your goal, nor you are aware of your interest in a particular field. So, lets make it simple for you. The very first thing you should do is to drop the idea of pursuing MCA, as you are not eligible for it. You should only pursue B.Ed, if you are interested in teaching, otherwise its useless. After qualifying BA, you may appear for civil service and other similar examinations, to get a government job. As your qualification do not complement your interest in IT companies, you need to realize your strength and weaknesses and move according to them. |

Re: Is it fine to do MBA after doing B.Ed and B.A in English? You can go for MCA if you have mathematics as a subject in 12th and in first year of graduation. Since you are from the BA background going in for the same is not advisable. If you wish to go in for teaching then going in of B.ED and then taking Masters in Arts will be good option. If you prefer an administrative role then you can probably take up an MBA. You have to take the best option which suits you. |

Friend, First of all you should analysize your view and thughts about your carrer.you should consider that in which field you have interest and suitable for you accroding to your knowledge. MBA aspirants get good salary but In Other sector you can also get good salary package. After compliting B.Ed you can make carrier in teaching that is better for you.This sector also give good salary. you can apply for PGT/TGT with english.You can do prepration for ugc net and TET exam. |
