Not possible.

Atleast you should finish anyone pg degree according to your subject or the university norms.

M.Tech.(Biotechnology)
Full Time/Part Time B.Tech./B.E. examination in Biotechnology/Biochemical Engg./Chemical Engg./Alcohol Tech./B.Pharm./M.Sc. in Biological Science/Physical Science/Chemical Science or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in aggregate.

No it is not possible. BSC is not equivalent to a B.Tech. You will need to pursue MSc first. Thereafter you need to appear for the entrance exams like GRE. Also there is a minimum age requirement of 21 years. You must check out the notifications regarding this.
