Dear Sir ,

Subject : State of Eligibility under OBC for AIEEE-2012

I am Preparing for AIEEE - 2012 Examination . I belong to Rajasthan
OBC Category from Neemkathana Distt. Sikar as a Jaat . I have the
Domicile Certificate .
My State Code of Eligibilty is Haryana As I have
Passed XII th CBSE from Haryana .But as a Jaat , I am not an OBC
(but General) in Haryana .
My Question is Will I be Eligible for OBC Status
in AIEEE 2012. and What will be my State of OBC eligibility and Home
state eligibility at the time of Counselling .

Regards ,

.There is nothing like OBC state and national.OBC certificates are issued only by the state government with the signature of the district magistrate. So you are definitely eligible to apply under OBC quoto as you already have OBC certificate by the state government but it should have been renewed.
230 marks are really good.you will get a seat without reservation also in a good college.

The minimum academic qualification for appearing in AIEEE 2011 is that the candidate must have passed in final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination (see Appendix IX) with 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates.
