Hi friend.....

As a bca candidate you should be better to join in mca which is easiest for you when compared with mba, because you had already some basics about this mca that which you had learned in bca so, if you continued in the same field you can easily knowledge about mca which leads for the earlier settlement of your career..........

Re: Which course is better for me to join between MBA and MCA after completion of BCA?

MBA and MCA both are post graduation courses.

The basic differences between these two courses are:

1. Objectives:
MBA is Masters in Business Administration, while MCA is Masters in Computer Application.
MBA are for those who are interested in Business and management and corporate world, whereas MCA are for those who are interested in Software industry and programming.

2. Duration:
MBA is a 2 years post graduation course and MCA is a 3 years post graduation course.

3. Eligibility:
For MBA, anyone who has completed his or her graduation in any field from a recognized university is eligible for MBA.

For MCA, Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply.
But candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation

4. Employment areas:
For MBA,
Business Consultancies, Brand & Marketing, Non-profit Organizations, Personal Business, Export Companies, Financial Organizations, Industrial Houses, Multinational Companies etc....

For MCA,
Computers and Related Electronic Equipment Manufacturers, Database Management, E-Commerce, Networking, Embedded Technologies, Design Support And Data Communications, System Maintenance, Security and Surveillance Companies, Software Development Companies etc etc....

So Both the courses are equally demanding, salaries will also be same but one has to go with his interest....
If you are interested in MBA, go for IT specialization.

Experts may advice on the basis of some points

MCA is always better than MBA for BCA students and is recommended by most of the experts not only due to the ease due to computer background but also due to exceptionally good career in this field.Generally there is very less jobs are available for BCA students and if they try to make their career in computer field then oviously MCA is better.

MBA has also good scope and is most suitable for commerce students but if you don't have interest in computers and you don't want to make career in this field then you can go for MBA but there will be no computer subjects so it will be totally a new start.

dear friend,
After completion of BCA course , I will suggest you to go for MCA course..

As you already got the basic knowledge from the BCA course , so it will help you a lot to pursue the MCA course..
After completion of MCA course you can also get a huge job opportunity in IT companies..
So, go for it...

All the best...

MCA course is recommended for BCA students because after completing your bachelor's degree in computer application ,you generally fails to get good job so students opt to go for higher studies in the same field and that is offcourse master degree in computer application that is MCA .

After completing your MCA , you will find better job opportunities in good companies and that too with good salary package.

You can also go for MBA ,if you like but it is recommended for commerce students .If you will go for MBA then you will have to make a new start from begining and will have to read commerce subjects of class 11th and 12th .

Both of choices provides you master degree but MCA in your field and MBA in some respect other field so you will find it easy to coop with MCA.Now the decision is on you .Any one can't decide better than you about your life .You should think about your future and your current field and offcourse career.
