The recruitment process of the HCL consist of following rounds ::

1. Aptitude exam
2.Group discussion(Optional )
3.Technical Interview
4.HR

Aptitude exam mainly consist of ::

Quantitative
Logical Reasoning
Verbal reasoning
Some basic c/c++ question

Group discussion is optional rounds it happens only of number of students who have clear the aptitude exam is more .

Technical interview includes some basic question from your streams .They mainly focus to check the problem solving skill of students.If you belongs to IT/CS streams then clear you basics in C/C++ ,JAVA,SQL, Operating system and Networking .

HR is mainly a Interview process just to see whether you are able to work with them and vice versa .They mainly focuses in your communication skill and ability to express your self .

I have attached the previous year papers of the HCL recruitment process i hope it will help you to prepare for the recruitment process.

-> Don't reside only on previous year papers, it won't help you much for your preparation.. just try to find out the pattern of questions followed and prepare for the exam accordingly...
