Now-a-days clinical research is not a good field to enter. Try some other fields where you will get a good salary.

Re: Career in Clinical Research for non-doctors

Hello friend,

You have totally wrong idea about the clinical research field. Any graduate student from science background can join this sector.

Now a days this field has got much importance in India. In several Govt and private pharmaceutical companies there are emerging need of fresh clinical research degree holders.

As you have done graduation in chemistry you can surely join in this course , whatever you have done before it don't matter at all.

The institutes like ICRI, CREMA, NICR, Anovus Institute of Clinical Research, Chandigarh etc are the best institute in India for clinical research course.

So you can apply for this course. Best wishes..

Career in Clinical Research for non-doctors

I am a B.Sc,Chem grad and an MBA post-grad. I have 3-4 exp in Sales.I wish to change my field as I am not comfortable in Sales. If I consider Pharmaceutical as an option, which are the roles I can fit into considering my qualification? I am ready to do some courses in Pharmaceutical field. I was interested in Clinical Research but some of my friends told me that CR field is meant for doctors only and science graduates get only the inferior roles to play.So I thought about pharma regulatory affairs or pharma quality assurance as an option. I am not getting a clarity in mind as to which could be a good option. Please guide me in this regards.
