I have just cleared NET JRF ( june 2013) with 71% in management...
I am doing PhD in HR also...i want to know the rates of fellowship and who will give this??

NET National Eligibility Test
CSIR council of scientific and industial research
JRF jouiour research felloship

UGC conducts the National Eligibility Test (NET) to determine eligibility for lecturership and to endow Junior Research Fellowships (JRF). The examination is conducted in Humanities, Social Science, Environmental Science, Forensic Sciences, Computer Science and Applications and Electronic Science.
Now, examination in subjects such as Life Science, Physical Science, Chemical Science, Methematical Science and Earth Atmospheric Ocean & Planetary Science are jointly conducted by UGC and The Council of Scientific and Industrial research (CSIR).
JRF is provided to meritorious candidates who qualify NET, provided they have opted for it.

reply: net is national elligibility test for arts subject m.a. like m.a. hindia english whereas csir is also net exam difference is csir for science stream students...
nd jrf is junior research fellowship who qualify net or csir nd get a good rank in that university give chance to do phd also they give pay for that..... as i know

as i last remember , the criteria was that the person should have total of 55% atleast in their masters level to be eligible to sit for their NET. but please refer to the official website for real info , instead of relying on websites like these.
