Re: Procedure for doing law after passing B.Com?

The fact which is to be taken into consideration is your age. If you are below 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates (22 years in case of SC/ST and persons with Disability), then you can apply for National Law Universities in India through CLAT or NLUD or NLUO exams, for pursuing 5-year courses. If you're not qualifying the age limit, then you can go for the traditional 3-year courses too. After your LLB, you can also try for LLM courses in good universities.

Re: Procedure for doing law after passing B.Com?

HI,
After B.Com you can do LLB course.
for addimision in top law collage you have to qualify the CLAT EXAM.

CLAT- Common Law Admission Test is an Entrance Exam conducted by 11 National Law Universities for admissions to their under-graduate and post-graduate degree programmes.

ALL THE BEST!

Re: Procedure for doing law after passing B.Com?

After doing B.com you can study for the LLB course. This is a three year course.
In some universities an entrance exam is conducted for admission into LLB.
One other option of doing a LLB course is to do the same directly after 12th. This is an integrated course and is of 5 years duration. Some institutes are offering this course as BALLB. Students who are interested in doing a post graduation can go for LLM after doing their LLB. It is advisable to do a law course in the regular mode. You may try for distance education mode if you want to continue with your job.
