However, a copy of the ICET application forms downloaded along with passport size photograph and D.D. for Rupee 250 /- drawn in favour of “The Secretary, Apsche, payable at Hyderabad” is to be sent to the Convener, ICET – 2012. Prescribed ICET 2012 application forms for the entrance test together with instructions booklet can be obtained in person on payment of Rupee 250 /- in cash at, sale of application forms: e – seva centers in Andhra Pradesh. Head Post Offices in A.P., Post Offices located on the University Campuses. Address for submission of application: TO The convenor ICET – 2012, Department of Commerce & Business Management, Kakatiya University, Vidyaranyapuri, Warangal – 506 009, A.P., India.
