Here is the NDA eligibility criteria for you:- You should be minimum 12 pass out age limit-16.5-19 yrs you should be an unmarried citizen of india Exam pattern:- paper i is mathematics of 300 marks paper ii is the general ability divided into two parts:- part A is english of 200 marks part B is general knowledge of 400 marks so total 900 marks Then there is the interview session which will yield you more marks For more information please log onto this website:- www.upsc.gov.in |

Its great opportunity to you to serve for your own country,if you have the caliber you must join the Indian Army. As you have not yet completed your graduation level,you have to complete it ,then you can apply for then you can get chance to take admission in Indian Army. There are some selection procedure such as: Combined Defense Services (CDS) Exam is generally conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) to recruit the Indian Military Academy(IMA), Officers Training Academy(OTA), Naval Academy and Air Force Academy(AFA) According to the Eligibility Criteria: i)For IMA and OTA you must have any degree from any recognized University. ii)For Naval Academy you should have B.Sc in Physics or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering(BE). iii)For (AFA) you should have the degree of recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering(BE) Age Limit: i)For IMA:19-24 Years ii)For OTA:19-23 Years iii)For Naval Academy:19-22 Years iv)For AFA :19-25 Years They select the students through the i) Written Test ii)Intelligence & Personality test iii)Medical test. Exam Pattern i) Written Test for IMA / Naval Academy / AFA All the three papers are of objective type containing the English General Knowledge Elementary Mathematics total 300 marks,each paper 100 marks. for OTA All the two papers are of objective type containing the English General Knowledge total 200 marks,each paper of 100 marks. ii)Intelligence & Personality test : Generally here checks the Personality of the candidate,GD,group planning, physical fitness test, interview, small lectures on general issues & psychological tests. etc... iii)Medical test. After getting selected in interview ,the candidates are called for medical examination which is conducted by Military Hospitals. To join the indian army you must completed the 12th standard. To join the indian army you will crack the NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defence Service. This exam conducted by the union public service commission twice in a year. NDA exam has three wings indian army navy indian air force NDA has two types NDA-I and NDA-II Eligibility criteria: Nationality: The applicant should be the nationality of india. Educational Qualification: The applicant should complete the 12th standard from any recognized state board of india. To eligible this exam there is no minimum percentage of marks required. Physics chemistry and mathematics are the compulsory subjects to the indian air force and navy. Age limit: The candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years. There is no minimum age criteria for the other categories. Gender: Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam. Girls are not eligible for this exam. Physical Standards: the candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam. Here is eligibility: A candidate should have complete 12th from recognise board. To join in Indian Navy,you should appear for NDA exam,if you have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university and your age is between 16 1/2 to 19 years. If you have complete graduation degree in Engineering from a recognized university and your age is between 19 to 21 years,then you should appear for CDS exam to join in Indian Navy. NDA exam notification will release in the month of December and May month every year.And exam will held on April and August month every year respectively. CDS exam notification will release in the month of November and June month every year.And exam will held on February and September month every year respectively. And for this more requirements follow;... For this required requirements: Age limit: Age between 17 to 21 Years and unmarried male candidate. Educational Qualification: Qualified in 10+2 OR its equivalent examination with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects Chemistry/Biology/Computer science. Hello dear friend,After completion of your 10th standard you are applicable for Indian Army exam. But the post are- 1)Constable 2)Cook 3)Driver Also you are applicable for CISF ,CRPF ,BSF ,ITBP etc post.But this post for only GD grade. Every state recruit the Police constable , so you are applicable here. If you have completed your 12th standard then you are eligible for NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defence Academy .This exam is conducted by UPSC twice time in a year.  Those candidate have completed 12th standard with science ,arts ,commerce departments are applicable for NDA exam. Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There are no age relaxation criteria for SC/ST criteria. Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.Also you must have citizenship of India. You can join Indian Army as a soldier after 10th standard for which you may contact the Army Recruitment Center in every State and accordingly by appearing through some test including Physical Fitness test, you may be selected for Indian Army. After 12th you can join Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer through NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted by UPSC within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical Fitness.
