Dear friend, These is not a good sign of being shy,quiet and unable to make friends easily while working in any company. MBA is a course through where you get managemnet skills as well as personality development too.So,in my suggestion you have to go for MBA course. Nowdays their is trend that technical guy +management guys have more demands in company and higher salray too. So,going for graduation is a right option for you. |

Should I go for MBA if I am a software engineer? Will these traits make me a good manager? Hi, I am 24 years old software engineer.I want to do MBA,but I am confused whether I should go for MBA or not as I am introvert and shy by nature ,and whether these traits don't make good managers or not? |
