CBSE Class 12 Advance Food Preparation (theory) Paper I Exam – Download Previous Year’s Question Papers The advanced food preparation paper marks the students on the basis of their understanding about the basics as well as the advanced methods of cooking alongside the intricacies of food and nutrition. It is completely theory based and thus the entire syllabus is oriented towards meeting the demands of the culinary domain at the theoretical level. The subject mainly deals with the technical facets of cooking and trains students about the uses of various food items by judging their nutritive value. The paper has a strict pattern which makes sure that students not just learn the details but also know the practical implications. It is almost a parallel of hotel management and chef training that takes care of the fact that students acquire complete knowledge about how to make use of the recipes taught in the program. The program is also hugely concerned about sanitation and security and use of various cooking equipments. Questions are set in both Hindi and English for the benefit of the students. For this 30 marks paper you get 2 hours which are enough to answer all. Below are attached some of the previous year’s question papers for your help. |
