The state government of Maharashtra undertakes an entrance exam annually for holding admission in the Engineering as well as Medical courses across different Institutes within the state. The exam consists of three papers, each having a maximum of one hundred marks and has duration of two hours. Paper I consists of fifty questions from Physics and Chemistry, Paper II consists of fifty questions on Biology and Paper III consists of one hundred questions from Mathematics. Each question is a multiple type and has four options, out of which candidates have to choose one. Each question answered correctly wins one marks and if answered incorrectly leads to a negative of one-third marks. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
