Today Interview are an important part of life and you just can't think to get any job today without taking part in Interview .The main aim of Interview to check your Confidence,Mentality power to handle different situation and Way of talking. So generally questions are not asked from any course or syllabus. The questions are basic and are related to general life .According to the experiance of candidates ,some of the questions asked to them were as follows:
  • First of all they will ask personal questions like -What is your name ?. What is the occupation of your father etc
  • Why should i select you ?convince me .
  • Why don't you work in other department of bank ?
  • Will you complain if placed in village ?you will have to make food on their own .
  • If you belong to engineering background then they will ask - Why Banking and not engineering ?
  • Why PO and why not SO(IT Manager)
  • What is the Role of PO in Bank ?
  • Give me the sign and slogan of any 5 banks?
  • Where should you see yourself in bank after 5 years ?
  • Who is the new deputy governer of RBI ?
  • Which Bank you have Account In ?Which you find Better and why ?
  • Who regulates the AML in india ?
  • What are two pieces of resolution followed by banks for AML ?
  • How RBI Knows ,which bank is following it ?
  • More Foreign banks are comming in india ?Is it good or bad .Explain ?
  • Do you write Poems ?Recite me one of your poem
