IITs are the popular institutions to do technical related courses like B.Tech M.Tech etc. The candidates will be given good salaries after completion of their academic courses from IITs. The reason for this is the academic curriculum of IITs will better sever the needs of the industry. Several top companies itself will come to your place and conduct the selection procedure. If you perform well, they will hire you by paying good salary. The minimum salary offered will be 5 lakhs and a maximum of upto 20 lakhs per anum. You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification. If you have completed your 12th class and want to go for B.Tech course, then definitely IITs are of good choice for you. In order to get admission in IITs, you have to get through IIT-JEE Exam. Have good preparation for this Exam from a top coaching institute and crack it. Wish you all the best. |

Dear friend,Actually iit is great place of placement.In order to answer your question lets see this year placement in iits.This year one student got placed for 75 lakhs.In average students from iits will get 5 lakhs.Many students will be placed with handsome salary.Hard work makes one greater from other in terms of salary.Best of luck. |

If you are really an expert in your field in IIT, the companies which come for placements in the college can be very high ranging from 10 lakhs to 30 lakhs initial salary and plus many perks and bonuses.But this is not true for every student and depends on the capabilities of an individual student.
