I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for the IT companies as you have secured very less percentage of marks in 12th class which is 48%. Candidates will not give much importance to studies when they are 10th or 10+2 level and will get less percentage of marks. The impact of this will be known to the candidates at the time of applying for jobs. Here is the criteria which is mandatory for any of the IT companies -Candidate should possess career 60 criteria having scored a minimum of 60% of marks in all the academic levels right from SSC. -The candidate should not have any pending backlogs by the time to apply for the recruitment procedure. -The academic gap of the candidates should not be more than 2 years. As a part of selection procedure, they will conduct following rounds Written Exam JAM Group Discussion Technical Interview HR Interview However you can try for job opportunities through on campus placements for some companies as they will consider only the percentage of marks in highest academic level. If that is also not possible, try to start your career with small companies. Do the job for about 2-3 years and gain good work experience. Later on you can try for job opportunities in top IT companies like Microsoft Oracle Polaris Syntel TCS Wipro etc. Wish you all the best. |

Hi Guest, The percentage which you got in your academics is good enough to apply for almost all kind of companies. Few of the MNC companies will be asking for an aggregate of 60% throughout the academics. As you are having less in 12th it may effect it. But for the other companies you are eligible to apply. Hi There are few company which demands atleast 60% through out your academic career. companies like TCS have this criteria. You wont be eligible for such company as you have less marks in 12th. few others company select candidates based on their graduation marks You have 64% in your graduation, so you will be eligible in such companies. Since you have also done MCA, it would be any added advantage for you. Many IT company take MCA and also pay good salary to them All the best |
