Re: Which exams to give in order to get government jobs after BSc Biotech? Biotechnology field is not developed upto the mark in India. The candidates are having good number of job opportunities in private companies after completion of Biotechnology course. They can get jobs in -Pharmaceutical Companies -Biotech Companies -Chemical Laboratories -Clinical Laboratories -Hospitals etc. For many of the government jobs, one should have to crack the respective Entrance Exam and other selection procedure. If you want to join Military, Navy or Air Force, you can crack CDS Exam. CDSE (Combined Defence Services Exam) is being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). You can join various civil services like -IAS -IPS -IRS -IFS etc. by cracking civil services exam. This Exam is also being conducted by UPSC. You can also make you career in Banking sector in public sector banks like -SBI -Syndicate Bank -Union Bank of India etc. As you have completed Graduation course, you are eligible to apply for PO Jobs in various banks. For this you should have to crack IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) Common Written Exam for the recruitment of PO positions for 19 public sector banks. You can also make your career in public sector Insurance Companies like -LIC -GIC for the positions of AAO. Apart from these jobs, there are number of jobs in Railway Department on the basis of Graduation. You can appear for those exams also to get Railway job. Have good preparation for the Entrance Exam which you want to appear for and crack it. Wish you all the best. |
