I wish to join Indian Navy Hi frend, All you have to do for geting seat for diploma in civil enggenering is you have to pass 10th with tolaberal marks. Actualy 10th pass is the only elegibility for aplying in diploma coarses. After passing diploma in civil engg. you should give compatative exam held for navy for training and recruitment process.
