Re: How to prepare for Drug Inspector Exam for the year 2012? Dear friend, ELIGIBILITY: * graduatation in B.pharmacy or equivalent coerces. However to qualify for this post it is must that you must have atleast 3 years of relevant experience. *You need to have experience in the field of drug manufacturing and testing. Also there is a minimum age requirement of 21 years and also a maximum limit of 32 years. *You will need to appear for UPSC exam. On qualifying you will be eligible to work only in the state you have qualify the exam. The syllabus for Drug inspector have many section. 1. FORENSIC PHARMACY . 2. MANUFACTURING OPHARMACY. 3. PHARMACEUTICAL ANALYSIS. 4. MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY 5. PHARMACOGNESY 6. PHARMACOLOGY & TOXIOLOG 7. HOSPITAL & CLINICAL OPHARMACY 8.ANATOMY, PHYSIOLOGY & HEALTH EDUCATION ALL THE BEST |

Re: How to prepare for Drug Inspector Exam for the year 2012? Drug inspector eligibility criteria:- To become a drug inspector you need give an exam conducted by the UPSC. Academic Qualification:- You should have a degree in pharmacy or medicine with specialization in clinical pharmacology or microbiology. Age limit:- 21-32 years. Age relaxation is there for SC/ST/OBC category. Examination procedure includes written exam followed by personal interview. Syllabus:- Paper I- Pharmacy (200 marks) Paper II- General Knowledge (50 marks) |

Hi friend, Drug inspector exam is conducted by both state government i.e, through exam conducted by PSC board and conducted by UPSC board.
