For SC/ST/OBC there is no percentage requirement. 2. You must have completed 12th with 50 percent marks. 3. No percentage criteria for SC/ST. 4. or you must have completed graduation course in any stream from a recognized university. Age Limit The age limit for IBPS Clerical Exam is 18 to 28 years. For OBC - 18 to 31 years. SC/ST - 18 to 33 years Persons with disabilities - There is up to 10 years relaxation for Persons with disabilities. Good Luck |

Dear Friend, * The Acronym "IBPS" stands for "Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection". * From 2011 onwards , its the responsibility of IBPS to conduct examinations for clerical and PO posts for the 17 public sector banks. The Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Exam for Clerical post are : * You must have completed your 12th from any recognized board. * You must have got 50% marks in 12th. * Your age must lie in between 18-24 years. * You must have Indian Citizenship. The Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Exam for PO post are : * You must have completed your graduation from any recognized college/university. * You must have got a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation. * Your age must lie in between 18-30 years. * There is also a relaxation in upper age of 3 years for OBC Category and of 5 years for SC/ST Category. Dear friend, If you are interested in IBPS CLERK Then you will have to fulfill these criteria :: IBPS CLERK CRITERIA :: 1.You should complete 12th standard exam 2.Your age must be within 18 to 28 years 3.You should not have any active backlogs 4.You must be an Indian. If you have all these criteria Then you are eligible for IBPS CLERK For age criteria there is age relaxation for 5 years for SC/ST and for OBC there is 3 years age relaxation. Relaxations : 5 years for SC/ST/, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen. Education Qualification: i) A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern)/SSLC/10th standard Examination or equivalent For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates a only pass marks. OR ii) A pass with 50% marks in Higher Secondary Examination (12th)/11th Standard Or Intermediate/Pre-University Or any equivalent examination/Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or UT Administration. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates only pass marks OR iii) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government. IBPS which means Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the Clerical Exam on the behalf of 19 Public Sector Undertaking banks in India. More than 10 Lakh candidates appear for the IBPS Clerical Exam to get banking job in government banks. So far there is no information about the IBPS Clerical Exam dates. The exam are delayed for some reasons and now is expected to take place in November. Therefore it is expected that the notification would be released in September of early October.
