Engineering remains the dream career for most of the students even now also after so many years. No doubt in accepting the fact Engineering as a booming career. To get an engineering degree and ten a good job is a tough nut to crack. I hope you are well aware of the fact. you can get a seat in any engineering college of the country with a good AIEEE score/rank after 12th; but then you can even directly go into diploma engineering after the 10th. Then through lareral entry you can even get into B.tech course 2nd year. according to me you shoujd take up the 11 & 12 classes build your fundamentas for engineering and then go into pursuing B.tech degree. as the candidates with such background are preferred over diploma holders. on the contrary if it is your interest to go for diploma then you should opt for it; because you can flourish in a field of your interest more. god luck |

Re: Should I prefer diploma or 11th after passing SSC exam? Hello, Though you can get to your dream "Engineering" by both means,either after 12th or after Diploma. After 12th you can opt for the Engineering entrance exams for the admission in the Engineering degree.If you get a good score you will get seat in some well known Engineering colleges of India. If you go for Diploma after your 10th,even then you will have even more chances of getting into your engineering course.And you can get admission in the 2nd year of Engineering degree after Diploma. In my opinion,you should go for Diploma in your interested field and in some well reputed polytechnic college.As you can gain more knowledge in the respected chosen branch of yours which would be very helpful in your degree of Engineering as you utilize what you have learned from Diploma. But do where your interests lies,it will make your path towards success more easy. Good Luck. |

Should I prefer diploma or 11th after passing SSC exam? After passing SSC exam which field should prefer either diploma or 11th for applying for BE.usually company gives first preference to whom either the student passed out his be with diploma or with 11th,12th. |
