Those candidate have completed graduation degree are applicable Teacher Eligibility Test.But You must have a valid degree for B.Ed.

Every state conduct their own entrance exam for Teacher eligibility Test.

There is no age criteria.So you can apply here in your any stage.But Some State set their age criteria.
