Repeatation is the only tool for high memory in exam hall.
During study time try to repeat all topics a day (a simple reading).
You can memorize difficult words by creating stories and codes related to that words.
For example, For memorize periodic table elements. You can create various funny stories using element codes in your own local language.

Exams are just to assess your preparation. So just relax, it is not the end of the world if you do not fare well in them. First and most important is your preparation before exam is to make sure you have prepared well and know the important topics well. On the day of the exam, completely avoid last minute mugging and stressing. You should have a good sleep of minimum 8 hours the previous night.

Make sure you have all the things necessary for the exam. Your stationary, your identity ticket and your watch etc.Last minute searching for things can stress your mind further and create a panic during exam which can be disastrous.

Before you go to the exam, eat foods that are energy producing and at the same time not too heavy on your stomach that make you sleepy in the examination hall. Never go empty stomach as you can end up concentrating more on your hunger than your exam paper. Fruits and proteins are good source of energy. Avoid intake of heavy carbohydrates like rice and potatoes which will make you sleepy. If possible carry a water bottle to the exam hall to rehydrate.

One hour before exam, relax!! Don't stress yourself feeding more information to your already worked up brain. Whatever you have learned be confident of it and try to picture a calm stream or take some deep breaths. You have done your preparation and now you should prepare yourself to give your best. A tired mind will do no good, so it is necessary to go in the hall with a refreshed mind. You have worked hard for it and nobody can take away your hard work. What you give always comes back to you. Remember this nature's law. If you not prepared well, let your mind accept the fact. It is not possible to go unprepared and expect no stress and good results. Instead of trying to revise that very last point you forgot to learn, try and briefly go over the different topics in your head so that way you keep an organised and open mind without putting pressure on yourself to learn that other point. The chances are you'll only remember what you learned just before the exam and panic with the other parts.

When you are memorising things for the exam then try to find a pattern in it or try to picturise what you are trying to learn...

this will make your process of learning easier...

and during the exam also you will be able to picturise the thing more easily than trying to remember the formula...

Moreover just don't memorise things it's next to nothing you must understand the logic behind the formula and the root from where it has been derived you neednot remember each and every formula because in most of the cases the formulas are derved from each other so remembering one will suffice...

Never study till late night especially before the exam because then you will not be able to use the whole of your brain for the problem solving and will end up losing marks...

Also try to avoid people who are doing last time revision at the exam venue because it will always divert your mind and will also make you nervous...

Hi dude,

There are certain actions to be implemented by the students before attend examination:

-->>Do not study for too late in to the night if you are going to attend the exam naxt day morning.Late night causes pressure on the eyes and brain thats why you are not keep all things in mind.

-->>Do not take heavy food because the blood will flow vigorously downwards to digest the food.In that case ,the brain would not get sufficient blood to function. Therefore take light warm food, minimu two hours before the exam.

-->>Make yourself cool,calm and happy.

All the best..................
