Hello Friend, You are not eligible for NDA after passing 11th.NDA Means National Defence Academy -Naval Academy.An exam will conducted by The Union Public Service Commission.Those candidates who have yet to qualify in the 12th class exam or eqivalent exam are allowed to appear the exam.So,you are not eligible for NDA. [ONLY UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR NDA.] |

Re: Am I eligible for NDA after passing 11th? Dear friend.... NDA means NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY this exam is conducted by the UPSC twice a year. The minimum qualification required for this exam is 12th standard from a recognized university of india so you are not eligible for this exam. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 12th standard candidates are applicable Age limit for this exam is 16.5 to 19 years Candidate should be a citizen of india. NDA Stands for National Defence Academy. The Union Public Commission conducts the NDA Exam twice every year in the months of April & August with the names as NDA-I & NDA-II respectively. Now i am sorry to say my friend but you are not eligible for NDA Exam after passing 11th exam. This is because the minimum educational qualification that is required to be applicable for the same is that you must have passed 12th with PCM from any recognized board. Also at the same time you have to keep in mind that you have to fulfill the other criteria too like the Age Criteria , Physical Standards , etc. The Other Criteria are mentioned below : * Age Limit : 16.5-19 years. * Physical Standards :  The Pattern Of The NDA Examination is :  Hope the above mentioned will provide you the information you were searching for. |

Re: Am I eligible for NDA after passing 11th? No, friend you are not eligible for NDA exam just doing 11th. You are required to first complete your class 12th and then you can apply for NDA exam. Here below I am providing you the eligibility criteria for NDA:- *** You must be 12th passed candidate. *** Appearing candidates are also eligible. *** You must have Physics, Chemistry & Maths in your 10+2. *** Only Unmarried Male Candidates are allowed to appear for the exam. *** Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 yrs. Its a 3 stage exam: Written exam Interview Medical fitness test Syllabus of NDA exam:- 1. Mathematics 2. General ability which includes English & G.K questions |

National Defence Academy(NDA) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The aspiring candidate for NDA must be an unmarried Indian male candidate having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good physical and Mental fitness. Re: Am I eligible for NDA after passing 11th? Hi Eligibility criteria for nda: -12th in any stream but the student which are in 12th class are also eligible for nda. Age limit : 16 1/2 -19 year No age relaxation So if you are in 12th are eligible otherwise you are not eligible. Best of luck |

The minimum eligibility: Passed 12th standard from any recognized board / school in any stream like Arts / Commerce / Science with fair percentage. When you will appear for NDA you must be a Unmarried and male candidate. Your age should be 16.5 to 19 years. You must have sound health and completely fit at the time of attend this examination. Clear eyesight is required for this examination. |

NDA stands for National Defence Service. This exam conduct upsc twice in a year. NDA has three wings Army wing Navy wing Air force wing ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Candidate should have citizen of india. Candidate educational qualification should complete intermediate. Candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years. Only male candidates are eligible. But candidate unmarried. Female candidates are not eligible. Candidate should be physically and medically fit for this exam. There are two examinations of NDA which are conducted every year by the Union Public Service Commission as NDA-I & NDA-II. So , after passing 11th , you are eligible for NDA-I only if you also fulfill the below mentioned : a) Your age will lie in between 16.5-19 years. b) You must have Indian Citizenship. c) You must be an unmarried male. d) Physical Standards : the Pattern of the examination is : This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Re: Am I eligible for NDA after passing 11th? The minimum qualification required for NDA examination is 10+2 but one can appear the examination during class 12th too. If the applicant qualifies the NDA examination and is able to produce 10+2 result at the time of SSB then he/she can definitely apply for examination. If you fail to produce 10+2 board exam results at the time of SSB interview then your candidature is cancelled. As you are in 11th now, you won't be able to complete 12th till the SSB interview of NDA examinations which are going to be conducted in 2013. You can apply for the NDA examinations which will be conducted in the year 2014. http://www.upsc.gov.in/ |
