For Diploma only 10th class is needed and if you have passed 12th then also you are eligible to apply for Diploma course. But if you do Diploma course after 12th then you will waste your 2 years which you have studied in 10+2. After 12th pass one can go for any Degree course because Degree course is a higher qualification in comparison to Diploma. Everyone knows that Engineering Diploma is of 3 years duration. and most of the Graduation courses are also 3 or 4 years duration. Although you will get admission into 2nd year of Engineering after Diploma but if you have done 12th then it will not be good for you to opt for Diploma if you want to study higher. Hence you can opt for Diploma course if you don't want to study higher and want to do job after completion of Diploma. If you want to study till Graduation then you must opt for a Graduation course because most of the jobs in India require Graduation. |

You can opt for diploma in company secretary course. The course duration of diploma courses ranges from 1 month to 2 years. Nowadays, a graduation is required for appearing competitive examinations. So its better go for a degree course and after that you can pursue a diploma course. |
