M.A. is the highest degree (non research)in a subject. after M.A., you may go for reseach and get doctorate.

you can also study M.A. in other subjects. you may also try some professional courses like M.B.A. etc. one option is to obtain law degree.

After M.A in psychology you will be good opportunities of getting a job for sure if you are a talented person.

As you are interested in doing few courses you can go for Ph.D in the same field.

After Masters Degree the student will be eligible for Ph.D so if you are interested you can go for the course.

You can find jobs in the following fields:

Clinical Psychology

Counseling Psychology

Health Psychology

Teaching and Research

Industrial Psychology

Sports Psychology

And other places………

So select the one you are comfortable and have a good future.

If you want to persue a career in psychology it is necessary to have masters degree in it. Sine you already have it you don't require to go for any other additional course.
There are many areas of specialization in this field like:
  1. Child
  2. Clinical
  3. Applied
  4. Industrial...etc

You can choose the areas as per your specialization.You can get job in teaching field in schools and counseling in schools and colleges or in hospitals, clinics, and dispensaries.

You can also apply in following areas:
  1. Social welfare organizations
  2. Research establishments
  3. Rehabilitation centers
  4. Prisons
  5. Child/ youth guidance centers Multilateral agencies(WHO,UN...etc)

Thus you have lots of options so choose the one which will be best for you.
