Re: Which is better to join between Job and Post Graduation study? Which course is better between MBA and M.Tech? Hi first you need to decide if you want to go for higher studies or not. Most people after working for 2-3 years, realize that they need to come back for higher studies but conditions dont allow few of them. So it would be a better choice to go for higher studies. you can go for either of MBA or MTech both are good and have great opportunity. Just remember to go for the best college in both. If you want to go for MTech then no job experience required. Also the syllabus is same of your B.Tech, so it would be better to give GATE just after your B.Tech so that things are fresh in you mind If you want to go for MBA, then you may go for work experience as work ex have some weightage in final selection. Also it makes you sail through MBA quite easily. however, it is not mandatory. All the best |

Dear friend, If you get satisfaction job after btech then go for job.Otherwise if you are interested in techanical areas then just go for Mtech it's really help you to resarch on your interested topic. Otherwise if you want high salary and interested in management then just go through MBA. |

A post graduation will make you to have flexible job areas and increase your prospective job opportunities. You can pursue a course according to your area of interest. If you are interested in continue your studies in the engineering field you can go with the M.Tech program. If you want to serve in the managerial position you can opt for the MBA course. Both professionals have lot job opportunities in various sectors. One can also pursue a dwegree while doing their job by the distance or online mode of education. |

Mtech is preferred only if you do it in Top colleges only, otherwise if you want to software job or any, other than lecturer jobs, its not preferable to do mtech. its better to search for a job or else you can join mba |
