The Indian Police Service simply known as Indian Police or IPS,The number of people appearing for the Indian Civil Services Examination may be as high as one lakh. There is no separate exam for IPS. The chances of making it to the final list is 1/200 (IPS included). Though the ratio may look startling, many people don't appear for the exam seriously. |
