Candidates who are pursuing final year of Graduation course can also apply for this exam but they should be able to show the proof of passing in Graduation when they appear for Interview.

In such a case, you can apply for this exam.

In CSAT Exam, you will be having the questions from the following categories
Current Affairs
General English
Aptitude

If you have get through this exam, you will have to attend for Main Exam.

This is the big task for the candidates. Many of the candidates will not succeed in this stage itself.

So put your best efforts towards cracking this exam.

Final phase of selection procedure would be the Interview.

You should be a citizen of India to apply for this exam.

Your age should be between 21-30 years to apply for this Exam.

You are BCA Graduate hence you can apply for Civil Services Examination if you want to become an IPS officer.

Just take care that your age is according to the Civil Services Examination rules.

The age required for Civil Services Examination is as follows:

General Category- 21 to 30 years

OBC Category- 21 to 33 years

SC/ST Category- 21 to 35 years

So if you have the age then you can apply for Civil Services Examination.

You have to pass three stages of Civil Services Exam with merit to become an IPS officer.

First Stage will be CSAT. If you pass CSAT then only you will be allowed to give Mains Exam.

In mains examination you have to choose an optional subject according to your Graduation.

Then there will be Interview which will be very important step in your selection.

The merit is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Mains and Interview.

For becoming IPS officer you must have all the physical requirements then only you will be allowed to become an IPS officer. There will be medical examination before you will be selected as IPS Officer.
