After having degree in Bachelor of computer application (BCA) , you will get various career opportunities in IT/ITES sector, MNCs but the salaries may varies according to company which you have got opportunity. At the entry level, the salary packages will be low. It also depends on the industry and the nature of work you have got in. As a fresher, you can expect not more than Rs.10,000-25,000 per month or 2.5 lack per annum . If you complete your master degree i.e MCA (Master of computer application) then this salaries would be doubled or at least greater. Tentative salary package as per post is given below :- 1. Junior Software Engineer 12,000 to 15,000 per month 2. BPO -Starting salary Rs. 5,000 per month 3.Companies like PEROT, ACCENTURE will give Rs 8,000 per month for fresher |
