Even if you get a chance to work for any, you'll suffer just because of your bad communication skills. It's much important to have a better skill of communication. Doesn't matter which language you know the best. You must be good in your national language. Now a days It's most important that one has a good skills to communicate. So, you start learning for it now. You can join personality schools. That will help you a lot. Thanks..... |

Trust me this is a very important issue my friend and if you do not work on it then it would definitely hinder your growth and development. Also if you are not placed then you would have a hard time finding jobs and impressing interviewers. There are many MBA candidates in the market today and so do not think that the competition is going to be easy. Now coming the actual point, I really do not think that you would be able to find a good job in any known company with bad communication skills. So what is required here is that you should work on such skills with a belief that nothing is impossible and if you work on it then nothing can stop you from achieving anything and everything in life.. I would recommend reading of newspapers the leading ones on daily and regular basis. This would improve your vocabulary because if you do not understand a word, immediately look for it in the dictionary. Again after that you should have people around you, friends, relative so you talk to them in English continuously. This would improve your fluency in the communication and bridge the gap. Watching TV News, Cricket Commentary, reading renowned novels are other such activities which you surely improve your communication skills. I would advice you to start practicing the right ways to communicate. The most popular reason for people to have weak communication is fear. When you start thinking that i might speak grammatically incorrect and people will make fun of you, actually you are stepping back in life. Until and unless you practice speaking in public you will have problems. You can start the process of speaking with your friends and family members, they will certainly support you. Remember, if you don't drown and gulp water and loose your breath, you will never learn swimming. In the similar ways if you do not practice and make faults, you will never be able to learn anything. You can do one more thing, if you have a recorder at home or even a mobile phone with a recorder, try reading loudly a book or newspaper. Record it and listen. You will understand where are you going wrong! This is a good way to improve your accent and grammar. |

Can I get a job if I am a MBA graduate with bad communication skills? i am a mba graduate but my communication is not good so i cant get job. could you suggest to me what should i do for over come form this issue |
