After the completion of the higher secondary level of exam candidate are eligible to enroll for Company Secretary program. The program is offered by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The course consists of four stages: Foundation program Executive Program Management Training Professional Program. After the completion of the higher secondary level of exam, candidate have to register in the Foundation program. The duration of the Foundation course is eight months. This is followed by Executive program and the duration is nine months. After the completion of the Executive Program, candidates have to undergo management training for a period of 15 months. Professional Program is the final stage of the Company Secretary course and qualifying the examination of this program, makes the candidate eligible for associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.In order to apply for the course, you will have to contact your nearest Regional Council of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. |
