This examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission and to be considered eligible for the exam, one must hold a bachelors degree awarded by a recognized university. Karnataka State Open University is recognized by University Grant Commission and the distance course is approved by Distance Education Council-DEC therefore, the bachelors degree awarded by it, is acceptable for any government jobs conducted anywhere in India. Apart from being a graduate, candidate must be within the age limit of 21-30 years.(5 years relaxation for Sc/St category and 3 years for OBC category) For further information, you may refer to the official website of Union Public Service Commission. |
