Always try to join Government Sector Jobs. Your job is fixed and future is safe. If you got experience of BPO then also other BPO companies deny to give you job. Experience of BPO no where is counted.

If you are not planning to do higher studies then BPO will be good for 1 or 2 years.. but the very important thing is to improve your skills in that 1 or 2 years gap...

some times it is better but if u have any gaps more then 2to 3 then you will go for BPO

Hi Dear

If your career make in IT then in my suggestion you do not go for join in IT sector.
because IT is a complete different sector than BPO,
BPO experience is not count in IT sector.

If your wish to join BPO sector then after complete your 12th class then you join in BPO
in BPO there is no future for candidate only job is require.

If your family status is very poor then you can join in this sector,if you passed general graduation then you also join in this sector
but if you pass B.TECH then please do not join early in career because life is spoil.

Ok Good Luck.............

IS IT BETTER TO JOIN BPO TO MAKE A CAREER???

If you are not planning to do higher studies then BPO will be good for 1 or 2 years.. but the very important thing is to improve your skills in that 1 or 2 years gap...

-> Just have some high dreams in you and struggle hard to attain it, you will get some good money working in BPO centre's but working for day and night will surely won't give you a better future..

-> Just use the 1-2 years gap for improving your skills and start for interview preparation and attend the walk-in interviews in which ever IT companies possible...
