Re: Which course is good, BBA or BCA?

Hi

BBA stands for Bachelor in Business Administration. Anybody after passing class 12th is eligible for this course.
It mainly deals with the business administration, how to deal with business personalities, tense corporate situations, how to work on accounting, business studies, etc.

Its basically an arts side stream, and hence hardly any science student prefer it.
Though after this BBA, people do the MBA, which is the advanced version of this. It can fetch you a lot of good opportunities provided you are good at whatever you are doing.

BCA stands for Bachelor in Computer Applications. Anybody who has passed class 12th successfully from a recognized board and have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject can take up graduation in BCA.

Its a computer related programming stream. C, C++, C#, Core and Advanced Java, etc would be your life in this.
You have to sit on computers and do programming of software's, testing, creating new software's etc.

This is basically a technical line, and science students would prefer this over BCA.

Rest you have to decide what ultimately excites and interests you.

All the best.

Hi dear...

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is a course which generally deals with all Business Concepts. One can learn how to control crowd, and all the Managerial Skills.

Though anyone could join in after +2 , but generally Science stream students do not prefer it.

It is a 3 year course.

You can go for the following post graduation courses after BBA :

> MBA (Master of Business Administration)

> It will help you getting placed in Managerial departments often as a Junior Manager.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

It is basically a technical course on Computer. You are taught about various programming languages like C, C++, Core Java and often C# too.

You certainly learn some basics of HTML, CSS etc, i.e. about Web Development.

It is a 3 year course and after this you have following options :

> MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

> MBA (Master of Business Administration)

> You surely have to do at least MCA, to get placed as MCA are considered equivalent to B.Tech CS/IT students.

So, It's on you whether you want to opt for a technical field or managerial field.

All the best..!!

Both BBA and BCA are different fields of study nad have wide scope. While BCA is the study of computer programming and application,BBA is study of business management. If you have been very good in logical reasoning and mathematics and you enjoy solving puzzles, then you may be better in understanding and writing algorithms hence will enjoy doing BCA.However if you like leadership, money, market, accounts and business, then you will enjoy studying BBa.
If you have interest in both BCA and BBA and are ready to take any course then my suggestion will be to check job market conditions and think accordingly.
Thankyou..!

Re: Which course is good, BBA or BCA?

Hi,
See both the courses are equally good. You cannot compare these two courses. I will tell you why.
BBA is Bachelor in Business Management. It is a business domain subject. People who have commerce primarily in their 12th standard subjects find it rather easier than people from science or arts background. This subject has good future scopes if clubbed with a corresponding MBA. One can also opt for a CA or Chartered Accountancy after this course. The business sectors are good places to join after this.

BCA is a totally technical subject. Normally people do a corresponding MCA after this course. Even if you do not go for MCA and go for a B.Tech, that will also enhance your career. You can do a BCA and B.Tech IT and then opt for jobs in Bangalore or Pune or Mumbai IT sectors. You will gain all the technical knowledge in this standard.
Now decide which path you want to go in.

Re: Which course is good, BBA or BCA?

Dear,

Both the fields are good in their own aspects but both bca and mba are different fields.
Bca stands for bachelor of computer application, in which you will be stdying about the computer programming, C + +, java, web designing etc. Moreover this totally related to the world of computer.

bba stands for bachelor of business administration in which you will have to deal with the economical states, marketing, financial analysis etc. Mostly realated to marketing and business field.

Now its upto your interest in which field you want to get in.
Go for that field in which you are good, in which you are interested.

All the best

Re: Which course is good, BBA or BCA?

Both are good lines and have good scope in industry.

Here, BBA is Bechelor's in Business Administration
and BCA is Bechelor's in Computer Application

BBA giver you placements in Administration department and BCA in software development.

After BBA you can go for MBA, which will provide you better place in companies. And after BCA, its necessory to go for MCA because without this you can't get job in esteemed company.

According to my point of view, you should select that one, which you feel interesting and better. Now days both have same market value approx. MCA create developers, who develop softwares and MBA make Managers who manage the complete sale and management of the project.

Take better decision, All the very Best.

Re: Which course is good, BBA or BCA?

hi dear,
BBA stands for bachelor in business administrative.
BCA stands for bachelor in computer application.
Well both courses are good and both have their own scope and value.
If you are interested in management and want to do MBA in future then go for BBA.
If you are interested in technical field and computers and want to do MCA in future then go for BCA.
But in my personal opinion today software engineering and engineers are more demanding and you have bright future in this and you should go for BCA.
But its not neccessary you can also go for BBA and you have also bright future in this.
Good Luck

Re: Which course is good, BBA or BCA?

Both the courses mentioned are graduate level courses. After BBA you can expect more of administrative oriented opportunities and after BCA the job profile will be technical oriented. You need to decide which of these jobs interest you and select the same. After completing either of the courses it is advisable to pursue the MCA or MBA course for better career scope.
