If an candidate is domicile of Uttar Pradesh and OBC catetory obtained 43% in PG, can be eligible for the LLB course from CCS, for this you can contact the CCS University or affiliated Colleges.

first inform your full details, you can take the admission.

Since, you have scored 39% marks in the Bachelors degree, you have a very less chance of getting admission in to the Government Law College as it may conduct Entrance Examination from general candidates who have scored more than 40% aggregate marks and less than 45% and for candidates belonging to reserved category who have scored more than 35% aggregate marks but less than 40% aggregate.

Re: What is the eligibility criteria for LLB? Can I join LLB from CCS? I have completing B.Com from DU

You have completed Bachelor of Commerce, but the percentage scored is well below the required to pursue LLB course. You need at least 45 percent marks in graduation while you have scored only 39 percent.

The Company Secretary course is considered as professional course not the graduation degree. Therefore you can not apply for the LLB on the basis of the performance in Company Secretary course.

Unfortunately you can not apply for LLB. There may be some open universities that would offer Law course to you but please beware that LLB is not offered through correspondence/distance education.

The LAW course offered through correspondence is not recognized by the Bar Council of India. Therefore such candidates can not appear in the court as lawyer.

LLB Eligibility

1. Must have completed graduation in any stream.

2. Minimum of 45 percent marks in graduation.

3. SC/ST need 40 percent marks.

4. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

5. There is up to 5 years relaxation for SC/ST.

6. The criteria for OBC is same as General candidate.

A candidate who seeks to carry out 3 year Bachelor program with any of the recognized Institutes or Universities whose LLB programs are approved by the Bar Council of India, must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 45% aggregate marks. Candidate belonging to reserved category needs to have scored a minimum of 40% aggregate marks. Admission is based either through Entrance Examinations or merit of percentage scored in the qualifying Examination.

Since, you have scored 39% marks in the Bachelors degree, you have a very sleek chance of getting admission in to the Government Law College, Mumbai, as it may conduct Entrance Examination from general candidates who have scored more than 40% aggregate marks and less than 45% and for candidates belonging to reserved category who have scored more than 35% aggregate marks but less than 40% aggregate.

To get detail information you may refer to the official website of Government Law College Mumbai or any other of such kind.

One can get admission in to the 3 years LLB program only on the basis of a degree. Hence, on the basis of CS course you will not be eligible to get admission into the 3 years LLB program.
