Dear friend MCA means master of Computer Application.
After complete MCA you can get many jobs in Government sector.
You can get the posts like:-

Software analyst
Software Engineer
Software administrator
Software programmer
Trainee Programmer
Software tester

As you have done your MCA course then you can apply for govt. jobs like-

RAILWAYS
Bank PO exam..
ISRO
DRDO
BHEL
BEL
NTPC
You can also apply for UPSC civil service exams like- IAS, IPS, IFS.

As you have completed your MCA(Master of Computer Application) thus you have a Post Graduation Technical degree in your hand.Now you are eligible and able to get jobs in both Government and Private sectors.In government Organization there are various sectors in which you can apply for getting government jobs.Some of them are :-

Banking sectors :-
~In this sector there are two best posts for which you can apply through IBPS Exam and SBI Exam.
~These two posts are for PO(Probationary Officer and Information Technology Officer).
~Minimum age requirement for this job is 18 years and not above 28 years.

SSC(Staff Selection Commission) :-

~Through this exam you can also apply for two exams.
~These are Information Technology officer and UDC(Upper Divisional Clerk) exam.
~Its age requirement is - Minimum 18 years and not above 27 years.

AFCAT(Air-Force Common Admission Test) :-
~Through this exam,you will able to apply for Ground Duty Officer.
~Basic age requirement is 21 years and not above 28 years.
~You will only be able to apply for this exam if you are unmarried.

UPSC for IAS/IPS/IFS :-
~You will also able to apply for UPSC Exam for administrative services.
~Minimum age requirement is 21 years and not above 30 years.
~This exam is conducted once in a year.

UGC-NET :-

~Through this exam you can apply for Junior Research Fellowship and for Lectureship posts.
~For lectureship there is no age limit and for JRF maximum age allowed is 28 years.
~In this exam,minimum marks required is 55% for General and OBC Category and 50 % for SC and ST Category.

Important :-
~There are various means through which you will able to get the news of recruitment in these government sectors,some of them are print media,Internet,Government employment news paper etc.
~You should always read newspaper and use Internet to get recruitment news.
~You should read "Employment News" for notification details.

After MCA you can get jobs in industries like software engineering and development, hardware and networking, research and development, services and application support etc.

You can get the posts like:
