Dear pal,
to be a medical practitioner in India you need to completed at least MBBS degree you may or may not do your MS.
To do MBBS you must have completed your +2 with mathematics and biology as one of your subjects.
You can directly do your MBBS after your +2 or else you can do it after completing your BSc degree.
To get in to MBBS there are entrance exam in few states in other like Tamilnadu it is based on the +2 marks.

He must pass MBBS/BDS from a MCI recognised institute.he must get permanent registration from MCI/DCI/state medical council.

No legally you don't have any right to do practice

you have to go with classical method..

i.e. you have to do MBBS

for 5 years

then you can do as a assistant doctor under a senior doctor..

after one year of experience

you will get a certificate then with that you can privately start your practice wherever you wish to do it..

this is the correct method for medical practice.
