Yes you are eligible ,because you hold a degree it certifies that you are eligible ,but you are practice for more time and logically, and controll yourself.
even you have small fault also they should not select you.
So try to reduce your faults and do hard work ,then you definetly you will achieve...

Physically Handicapped candidates are allowed to appear for the Indian Administrative Service. However they can not apply for Indian Police Service or the Indian Forest Service.

There are some seats reserved for the PH candidates and you can apply for the if cleared the Civil Services Examination.

You will be eligible for the exam after completing graduation. Therefore please first complete the Bachelor of Technology degree.

After which give your self 6-8 months to prepare for the Indian Administrative Service exam. Refer to the NCERT Books for Class 12th and at the same time watch a lot of news for Current Affairs.

The forms are released by the UPSC during the first quarter of the year. It is followed by 2 stages of written tests known as:

Preliminary Exam

Main Exam

You will first have to clear preliminary exam which will be conducted in May. There are 2 written tests. It is necessary to clear preliminary to appear for Mains. The marks scored in preliminary won't add up into your final score.

The second stage has 9 written tests. Your marks in Main exam would be final tally. The main exam will include 4 written tests on 2 optional subjects. Always choose subjects that are related to your course.

Eligibility

1. A graduation degree in any stream.

2. There is no percentage criteria.

3. The age of candidate should be 21 to 30 years.

4. Maximum of 3 years relaxation for OBC.

5. There is 5 years relaxation for SC and ST.

Selection Procedure

1. Preliminary Exam

2. Main Exam

3. Interview

Yes you're eligible for writing the IAS exam as you're in your final year of graduation.
For giving IAS exam, you should be a graduate or should be in the final year of graduation and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
For the year 2013, IAS prelims exam would be held on 19th May 2013 and the forms will be available from the month of February.
You can apply for IAS through internet also.
