Re: Names of the colleges in West Bengal in which I can get after scoring 2650 rank in engineering and 1366 rank in medical in WBJEE? see, dear there are only 1600 seats for M.B.B.S courses in government medical colleges in West Bengal. and your rank in state is 1366.so you have a very small chance to get a MBBS seat. As there is several reservations for reserved category and a total of 30% seats are for candidates taking admission through the AIPMT score , so your chances are very low. If you dont get a MBBS seat the you can go for many other courses like- 1>dental course(BDS) 2>nursing course 3>Ayurvedic (BAMS) 4>Homeopathy (BHMS) etc... so , you can get admission in the following colleges in west-Bengal that provides the above mentioned courses- Calcutta National Medical College Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research KPC Medical College and Hospital,Jadavpur,Kolkata Medical College Midnapore Medical College,Midnapore Nilratan Sircar Medical College Government Dental College, Burdwan Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science & Research, Panihat Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Haldia North Bengal Dental College Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital D.N.
