Sir,Please find the eligibility criteria for various post at RTO:- 1)For sub assistant engineer: A degree in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical. Age limit:maximum 32 yrs. 2)For Judicial service post: A degree in law. Age limit:23-34yrs. 3)For clerkship post: 10+2 exam. Age limit:18-37yrs. To become a RTO officer minimum qualification is Bachelors Degree with 60% Aggregate ,and you shouldalso have minimum 60% in your 12th board exam. Since you are an Diploma engineer inMechanical Engineering & Diploma is not considered as Bachelors Degree, you cant apply for the post of Assistant Engineer in RTO or For Judicial service post: But You can apply for Clerkship Post as ir requires 10+2 as qualification.
