Dear,

BSc stands for bachelors in science and B.tech stands for Bachelors in technology. BSc is a core science field and a pure graduation degree. While B.tech is a professional degree.

BSc CSIT is a 3 year course and B.tech IT is a complete 4 year course with specialization. If you want to make a good career in IT field then you should opt for B.tech IT over BSc IT as then you will be able to apply to top IT companies as an engineer which you cannot do with your BSc degree.

With BSc IT you can only go in education or research field not in a professional IT environment.

Also B.tech alone will help you to make a good career in IT sector but if you do BSc you will require MSc too for your growth and opportunities.

Since you are beginning your career and want to go in IT sector i will suggest you to go for B.tech in CSE rather than IT. It will be more beneficial. But yes if you will do it from a good college then only you will get full benefit for it as B.tech candidates are increasing each year. So work hard and try to get admission in reputed engineering college for your B.tech.
