Pattern of IBPS Bank PO Common Written Test :



Required Eligibility Criteria for Bank PO :

• You should have passed Graduation course from recognized Institute.

• You can also apply for Bank PO while in last year of Graduation course.

• You should have 50 to 55% marks in graduation.

• Your ageshoulf be between 20 to 30 years(3 year relaxation for OBC & 5 year for SC/ST/PH candidates).

• You are an Indian National.

• You are required to secure minimum of 60% marks in Graduation.

• You can apply for SBI bank po exam through SBI Official website : www.statebankofindia.com


Application Procedure for IBPS Bank PO Exam :

• You can apply for IBPS in Online mode by accessing online Application Registration link available at IBPS Official website.

• Online registration link will be available during the announced date of Application process.

Application Fee : Rs. 200. (Rs. 50 for ST/SC/PWD)

  • Personal Interview
Written Exam is of Objective type.In Interview Logical questions are asked by Judges.

As per My Experience related to this Exam,the Cut off marks are as Follows:-

>>If you belong from the General category then your minimum marks should be above 200 marks out of 250 marks.

>>If you belong from the SC/ST category then your minimum marks should be above 150 marks out of 250 marks.

>>If you belong from the OBC category then your minimum marks should be above 170 marks out of 250 marks.

IBPS conducts Common Written exams and Interviews on behalf of 20 Nationalised banks.

Below is the Eligibility for the PO exams:

>> IBPS PO EXAMS- Min Eligibilty is Graduation Pass with Minimum 60% marks
Age should be between 21 and 30 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

IBPS hold this exams just once each year.
Normally the written exams is held in the month of June each year.

Questions are asked from the below sections in the Written Exams:
>> Reasoning
>> General Awareness
>> English
>> Quantitative Aptitude
>> Computer Knowledge
>> Descriptive Test

All Government Bnaks except SBI hire through IBPS only.
You need to score atleast 65% marks in total in the written test and also getting the minimum score prescribed in all the individual subjects

-Yes you are definitely eligible and don't worry about your 10+2 marks.

-For IBPS PO you should be graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.The age limit is 18 to 30 years for general category . Age relaxation is available for special categories.

sir i was fail in 12 for one subject which i appeared for that one particular subject i got pass but i was given passing certificate in which there was written just pass no percentage bar was given this year i am in graduation can i gain good mark and appear for ibps po exam
