After passing 3rd year you can join Indian Army. For joining Indian Army you have to qualify the Services Selection board Interview. You have to apply through University Entry Scheme. University Entry Scheme Qualification:- Pass 3rd year engineering course from recognized college. Age limit:- 19-25 year Marriage Status:- Unmarried Both boy and girl can apply. GOOD LUCK! |

Re: How to join Indian Army after passing Mechanical Engineering Hello friend There are 3 branches in defence >>Army >>Navy >>Air force You must write CDS exam to join army CDS stands for common Defence services CDS exam is conducted by UPSC board -->The candidate applying for CDS must be an Indian origin -->Candidates must graduation with minimum 55% marks -->Only unmarried candidates are eligible -->For Navy minimum age is 19 and maximum is 22 years -->For Indian Military Academy minimum age is 19 years and maximum age is 24 Years -->For Air Force Academy minimum age is 19 years and maximum age is 23 Years -->For Officers’ Training Academy minimum age is 19 years and maximum age is Years 25 Years. First of all Congratulations for the Successful completion of your Graduation in Mechanical Stream And to get in to the "" INDIAN ARMY "" you must attend for the C.D.S exam C.D.S --- COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICES And the minimum qualification is Bachelor Degree .. That you have already And you must have a minimum of 19 years Maximum age is allowed up to 24 years You must be an Indian Citizen VERY GOOD LUCK |
