GMAT stands for Graduate Management Aptitude test With the help of CAT Examination, you will get admission in top Business schools of Indian like IIM's etc. But with the help of GMAT, you will get admission in top Business schools of Abroad, If your aim is to get admission in abroad colleges, then for this you have to appear for the GMAT Examination and also appear for English Proficiency test like IELTS/TOEFL. If you have scored good marks in GMAT test then only, then you will get admission in top business schools. If you have scored more than 700 marks in GMAT Examination then you will definitely get admission in top abroad colleges, but you need to scored good Band in English Proficiency test also, when you cracked this examination with good marks, then you can apply for top universities like, Yale School of Management, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Berkeley Haas School of Business, Duke University, Harvard Business School etc. If your aim is to take admission in abroad colleges then scored good marks in GMAT test. But if you are interested to take admission in top colleges of India like IIM's then you have to cracked the CAT Examination, this examination is also tough and you need lots of hard work to cracked CAT, notification published in august every year and eligible candidates fill the application form online from the official website.
