Dear Friend, You have to create account on the CPT Examinations Site with providing each and every detail true and legally.You will be getting your Username and password on mobile number which you had provided in above Form,Then you have to again be login up on the site and by filling all the details and informations on the form you will have to pay the fee online through the Master / Visa / Maestro Credit or Debit card.
