The best option in my view is through NET exam and you will also get fellowship after clearing this.

first u do M. pharm , if u score well in that perticular exam many instituite provide u a change to built the carrier in reasearch field.

As to enter into research after you B.Pharm you should go for higher studies like M.Pharm. For this you need to score high marks in B.Pharm. You can select Pharmaceutical technology in M.Pharm which deals with the formulation of drugs. There are many organizations which recruit excellent candidates from this field in to their research and development team. Many students are even selected in to these institutions through campus placement. An M.Pharm course is recognized all over the world and students can work in various pharmaceutical companies anywhere in the world.
